Melrose Center - Maple Grove is Psychologist or Masters Level mental health therapist to join our team. This position provides Eating Disorder assessment and outpatient eating disorder treatment using empirically supported treatment modalities to patients of all ages within Park Nicollet Health Services in a high-quality, cost-effective manner. Dedicates at least 80% of will be providing face-to-face psychological services to patients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- Doctoral or master’s degree in psychology or related field of study.
- Two or more years of relevant clinical experience (e.g., diagnostic assessments, individual, family and group counseling), including working with multidisciplinary teams in a medical/mental health setting.
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
- Obtains and maintains an active MN state license as a doctoral level psychologist or Masters level mental health therapist.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrates knowledge of age-related, developmental principles necessary to provide appropriate services and ensure patient safety.
- Proven proficiency in operating: telephone/voicemail, personal computer (applicable software applications), photocopier, fax machine, and printer.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, assessment, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively solve problems and make sound, ethical decisions.
- Experience treating individuals with eating disorders preferred.
