- Enhancing Sensor Performance: Your PhD research will focus on applying advanced methods, including data-driven techniques and algorithmic solutions, to improve the performance of motion sensors. This is an exciting opportunity to lead efforts in developing approaches that overcome sensor limitations, increasing their accuracy, reliability, and efficiency
- Data-Driven Insights for Innovation: By analyzing vast datasets with big data analytics, you will uncover valuable insights that inform new sensor optimization strategies, driving improvements across various performance metrics
- Collaborative and Interdisciplinary Research: You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, combining expertise from MEMS technology, software development, and data science; Your collaboration with experts in packaging, testing, and algorithm development will shape the future of motion sensor technology

Qualifications
- Personality: We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who thrives in interdisciplinary collaboration;. You should have a problem-solving mindset and a keen interest in using advanced analytical techniques to enhance sensor performance
- Working Practice: You possess a proactive, independent working style with a strong ability to manage and analyze complex datasets; Your expertise in applying advanced algorithms to improve sensor performance will be crucial to the role
- Experience and Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic sensor systems, preferably in the field of MEMS, is required; Strong expertise in data analytics, algorithm development, and machine learning, with the ability to apply these techniques to real-world performance challenges
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required
- Education: A Master’s degree or equivalent in Microsystems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with outstanding results
