We are searching for a Pharmacy Supervisor for our Kuna Clinic.
PurposeThe Pharmacy Supervisor is an important team member supporting the Pharmacy Services department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health. The Pharmacy Supervisor shall be accountable for 1) Dispensing prescriptions, 2) Communicating with prescribers 3) Ensuring Patients Safety 4) Counseling Patients 5) Communicating with insurance companies 6) Serving as a supervisor to Pharmacy Technician(s) 7) Performing administrative tasks 8) Educating health provider colleagues and 9) Responsible for drug inventory at their location.
The Pharmacy Supervisor works closely with the pharmacy technician(s) as well as team members from the nursing, reception, and provider departments.
Schedule
This schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.

Education:
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
Experience:
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
- One or more years of pharmacy experience preferred. HIV/infectious disease experience preferred.
- FQHC/340B experience is beneficial
Licensure / Certification:
- Current state of Idaho Pharmacy license and drug screen completed prior to start date.
Credentialing
Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for RN scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.

Skills Required
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Current Idaho pharmacy license
- Complete a drug screen before the start date
- Meet established credentialing requirements and be fully credentialed, licensed, and privileged
- Pass a background check
- Receive required staff immunizations, including an annual influenza vaccine, or obtain an approved exemption
- Spanish-speaking ability
- One or more years of pharmacy experience
- HIV or infectious disease experience
- FQHC or 340B experience
