Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Pharmacy Manager to manage 2 pharmacies and 1 drug store, with primary responsibility for stock management, sales performance, and growing the business across all locations.
The role will oversee pharmacy teams and ensure each location is operating efficiently, with the right stock availability and strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across all pharmacy locations.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, margins, and key KPIs.
- Manage inventory and stock levels across 2 pharmacies and 1 drug store.
- Ensure optimal stock availability while avoiding overstocking, slow-moving, and near-expiry inventory.
- Monitor fast-moving products and customer demand to improve product availability and sales.
- Manage stock transfers, replenishment, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
- Conduct regular stock reviews, counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Identify opportunities to improve product mix, promotions, and overall pharmacy revenue.
- Supervise pharmacy teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Ensure overall compliance with DHA, DOH, and applicable UAE regulations, supported by the pharmacists at each location.
- Regularly visit and monitor all pharmacy and drug store locations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid UAE pharmacist license/eligibility – DHA or DOH.
- Experience in pharmacy sales, inventory, and operations management.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to grow sales.
- Good understanding of stock planning, purchasing, margins, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license mandatory.
- Own car is an advantage.
