Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations
- Lead, train, and support pharmacy staff in delivering exceptional care
- Provide clinical services including medication reviews, immunizations, and chronic disease management
- Maintain inventory control and operational efficiency
- Build relationships with patients, prescribers, and community stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth of the pharmacy
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred; managerial experience an asset
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in ownership or long-term commitment to the community
- Willingness to relocate to La Ronge and become an integral part of the community
