The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Pfizer Pharmacy Team in a Pharmacy Sales Representative role (internally known as a Pharmacy Health Representative) managing the North, North West territory in NSW. This is a field-based position.
What you will achieve:
The Pharmacy Health Representative will play a crucial role in executing the sales strategy for Pharmacy Strategic Accounts ensuring that each store within the banner groups comprehends and fulfills its role in implementing the plans agreed upon at the Head Office level. Meet the assigned metric targets set by the Groups while fostering strong relationships with the pharmacies as well as offering a compelling business value proposition to customers through exceptional business acumen and service, in alignment with Pfizer's core values.

Becoming part of our Pharmacy Health Representative team places you at the forefront of delivering our groundbreaking treatments to healthcare professionals. You'll play a pivotal role in redefining our approaches for meaningful patient outcomes. You will be instrumental in introducing Pfizer's portfolio to Pharmacists, forging strong customer relationships through your comprehensive understanding of healthcare dynamics and Pfizer's variety of products.
How you will achieve it:
The Pharmacy Health Representative will merge patient-centric market knowledge with sharp business acumen, displaying promotional excellence and proficiency in both virtual and face-to-face interactions. Team collaboration is essential, utilising cross-functional resources to attain Pfizer's strategic imperatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business / Science or similar will be highly regarded.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in Retail Pharmacy or as a pharmacist and an excellent
understanding of the sales process in a pharmacy setting.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at the one time.
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
- Ability to cultivate relationships throughout an organisation (internal/external).
The ideal candidate:
- Strong knowledge of the disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
- A deep understanding & proactive approach to engaging with customers.
- Strategic mindset with robust relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assess account needs and provide relevant information and resources to drive performance.
- Leadership and persuasive communication skills.
- A can-do attitude and a work ethic underpinned by determination and adaptability to an ever-changing environment.
- Thorough understanding of communicating utilising digital tools
