Job Summary & Responsibilities

Contributes to the Customer Service job family in a support capacity. Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets. Responsible for investigating/resolving escalated and complex customer service issues/calls/complaints obtaining necessary information from policies, procedures, or practices. May serve as primary contact and liaison between one or more major customers, Health Plans, Service Centers, and/or functional areas. Handles more complex issues requiring research and follow-up with customer. Must have thorough technical knowledge of assigned products and excellent communication skills. Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales. Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Customer Service.

 

As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, you will support patients and clinical teams by coordinating medication access, promoting adherence, and serving as a trusted partner throughout the specialty medication journey. Working onsite in clinical environments, you will help strengthen communication between providers, patients, and pharmacy teams to ensure a seamless, compassionate care experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma and valid Alabama Technician registration. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician. Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: Current technician registration in the State of Alabama.
