Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team at Ramsay Pharmacy East Albury on a casual basis. About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while providing exceptional service to customers and patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
- Processing sales and handling transactions accurately
- Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays
- Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate II in community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualification
- Previous working experience in pharmacy or retail setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children Check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
