Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Ensure safe medication practices and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Identify and resolve medication-related concerns, interactions, or discrepancies
- Support pharmacy workflow, inventory management, and controlled substance accountability
- Maintain accurate documentation and pharmacy records
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Provide education and support to healthcare staff as needed
What We Are Looking For:
- PharmD or post-graduate degree from an accredited program
- Active Maine Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Long-term care, institutional, or clinical pharmacy experience preferred but not required

It operates six homes across Maine, offering skilled nursing, long-term and short-term care, rehabilitation, therapy, assisted living, and secure memory care.
