Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team, focusing on both outpatient (OP) and inpatient (IP) pharmacy services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications across various patient populations.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, providing patient counseling, collaborating with healthcare providers to develop medication management plans, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and policies. You will be instrumental in optimizing therapeutic outcomes through effective medication therapy management.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret prescription orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of therapy.
  • Provide patient education regarding medications, including side effects and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy.
  • Monitor patient medication therapies for safety and efficacy.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Pharm.D. degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
  • Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice.
  • Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
