We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Pharmacists to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, enjoy building relationships within the community, and are eager to contribute to the growth of an independent pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions in a timely manner
- Deliver high-quality clinical services, including initiating care plans, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining proper documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong patient relationships
- Contribute to business growth through community-based marketing initiatives
- Demonstrate leadership and support team performance and development
- Collaborate effectively with team members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Valid Class A Pharmacist License (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver professional and patient-focused care
- Leadership and performance management capabilities
- Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA), we are willing work to with you towards that certification
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy management system
- For the North Edmonton location: proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong asset

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position
- 8–10 hour shifts
