We are currently seeking to recruit a Relief Pharmacist for our stores across Monaghan and Louth.
This role is a permanent 27 hour position and covers a range of stores throughout the counties.
Through this opportunity, you will gather great insight into the brands under Uniphar.
Within our Relief rosters, we try to establish a regular order of stores you will support, so that you can best get to know the teams and customers in each location.
All relief rosters are provided 6 to 8 weeks in advance.

The responsibilities of the role:
To assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives
Work with the team to find care solutions for our customers and patients
Assist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with company and industry regulations.
Assist in group healthcare and company/marketing events.
Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives.
To partake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the team.
Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
- 1-2 years as a Pharmacist is highly advantageous
- Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication, Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly organized with a proven ability to work on multiple tasks accurately in a busy environment
- The ability to work on own initiative & as part of a team is essential
