About the role

As Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations and lead a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional care to patients and customers. Pharmacy operates on an extended hours rotating roster between 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading pharmacy operations, professional services and medication supply
  • Providing leadership, mentoring and support to pharmacy team members
  • Coordinating onboarding and training for new staff
  • Maintaining compliance with legislative and medication safety standards
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture

About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA Pharmacist Registration
  • Strong leadership and team management capability
  • High level of computer literacy and dispensing software knowledge
  • Previous community pharmacy experience highly regarded, but not essential

Applicants must provide:

  • Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
  • National Police Check conducted within the last 12 months
