Implements, supports, and leads the integrated solutions for application and data integration managed by Information Services (IS). Participates in business or clinical applications implementation projects related to design, development, and optimization for all types of electronic health records (EHR) integration including Epic and ancillary systems, and non-EHR integration between other types of business and clinical applications. Coordinates cross-functional teams and resources throughout digital applications and Sutter Health and its entities required to implement and support digital projects. Collaborates across Sutter Health and its entities to provide support and training and participate in goals and objectives planning and prioritization related to digital applications.

EDUCATION:
- Doctorate: Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program
- PGY 1 Pharmacy practice residency
- In lieu of Pharmacy residency experience, 6 years of equivalent practice experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
- PHARMD-Licensed Pharmacist
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 6 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7)
- Understanding of AI concepts and opportunities for application within Pharmacy.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards with an emphasis on supporting business requirements.
- Working knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.
- Working knowledge and experience with different analytical tools/dashboards used to evaluate and identify opportunities within Pharmacy and technical workflows/functionality.
- In-depth knowledge of the lifecycle of application environments.
- Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
- Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.

Pay Range is $161,616.00 to $258,585.60 / annual salaryThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
