Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Pharmaceuticals Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Al Khor, Qatar. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions in the region. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry while developing your career in pharmaceutical sales.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in the Al Khor region
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers about our innovative pharmaceutical offerings
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective, customer-focused sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to expand product knowledge and network with industry professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
  • Travel extensively within the Al Khor region to meet with clients and prospects
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and competitor information to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and sales techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends
  • Knowledge of local healthcare systems and regulations in Qatar
  • Valid Qatar driver's license and willingness to travel within the Al Khor region
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Ethical approach to sales and compliance with industry standards
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
