The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation - Emerging Technology team you lead technical consulting engagements, delivering end-to-end services to PwC Pharma Life Sciences clients. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You develop technical proposals and RFP responses, create opportunities, and provide specialized insights to build client trust and establish credibility. Additionally, you mentor team members, contribute to collaboration, and establish PwC as an industry leader in Pharma Life Sciences implementations.
Responsibilities
- Guide the strategic direction for technical consulting in Pharma Life Sciences
- Spearhead business development initiatives and manage multiple projects
- Cultivate senior client relationships to enhance trust and credibility
- Craft technical proposals and respond to RFPs with specialist insights
- Mentor team members to foster collaboration and professional growth

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
