Job Description
This position is responsible for maintaining the Process FMEA aligned with customer specific requirements as well as Bosch internal process. As well as being the main point of contact for Quality activities for customer projects.
- Ensure all Line releases performed by Quality Auditors are completed on time and properly.
- Support Quality Team responsible for 0-KM and Field analysis on problem solving, root cause identification and containment and corrective actions implementation.
- Ensure documentation related to each assembly line are completed, available and understood by auditors team.
- Train and manage shifts of Quality Auditors responsible for new projects
- Support failure analysis and review of Pre production failures. (0-mile and Field Returns after SOP)
- Support internal corrective action teams (initiate meeting) by utilizing various quality tools and processes to identify the root cause of a problem and support (Sponsor and Lead) with implementing effective corrective actions.
- Correctly moderate the FMEA methodology, in the different processes, following the requirements of the CDQ's and clients. Provide support to all areas with the FMEA methodology.
- Coordinate in VM the implementation and improvement of Quality tools, establishing appropriate controls to make it sustainable.
- Serve as champion of some of the tools: QGC Quality focus, core tools, FMEA control plan.
- Ensure that Quality tools meet VM and Customer requirements.
- Support internal and external audits in accordance with VM and customer requirements.
- Quality Engineer responsible for Lucid projects, main point of contact towards Quality contacts for Lucid.
- Complete Quality related activities for customer project
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
4-5 years related experience as PFMEA Moderator - Coordinator
Experience with Quality Audits (IATF, ISO 9001)
Must have prior experience with APIS IQ-RM software.
