Job Description
- Assist all department operations including:
- Follow-up invoices, parcels, purchase orders, reconciliations, and payments
- Support archive and documentation processes
- Support Ministry of Health payment processes
- Work on knowledge management and standardization projects
- Create work instructions
- Help secure compliance processes (consent database, etc.)
- Support reporting and data consolidation activities
- Support Ministry of Health reconciliation processes
