MAPP (Medical, Analytics, Portfolio & Performance) Operations Team supports key operational processes across the organization, ensuring efficient execution of compliance, documentation, reporting, payment, and process management activities. The team works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive standardization, operational excellence, and business continuity.

What we expect from you:

• 4th & 3rd year university students from Management, Economy, Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry or other Social Science departments
• Desire to have a career in a global pharmaceutical company
• Able to work minimum 2.5 days/week for minimum 2 semesters
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Driven, responsible, creative, result-oriented, open-minded, and eager to learn

Job Description

• Assist all department operations including:
• Follow-up invoices, parcels, purchase orders, reconciliations, and payments
• Support archive and documentation processes
• Support Ministry of Health payment processes
• Work on knowledge management and standardization projects
• Create work instructions
• Help secure compliance processes (consent database, etc.)
• Support reporting and data consolidation activities
• Support Ministry of Health reconciliation processes
