Description and Requirements
Title: Pet Business Coordinator
Location - Jeffersonville, IN - Hybrid (3 in office, 2 work from home)

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Pet Business Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Pet business team as well as managing employee engagement initiatives.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and high-quality standards are required. Must have a passion for people and culture.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • • Answer and direct phone calls and emails for the business
  • • Own management of back-office phone system and setup
  • • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • • Organize meals and catering as needed for onsite events
  • • Receive and schedule shipments for the Pet business
  • • Postal management to include batch processing, incoming and returned mail as well as sorting and scanning of claims docs received via mail
  • • Manage OFAC reporting for Pet
  • • USCDP management for Pet
  • • Own key fob setup and management for Pet facility access
  • • Maintain org chart and maintenance of Pet All Associates email distribution
  • • Manage print requests from internal team members
  • • Inventory management to include restocking of supplies and IT hardware within the Pet facility
  • • Coordinate maintenance for Pet facility
  • • Manage Pet Issue Tracker
  • • Pet Crisis Management Team Lead
  • • Assist with collection of claims documentation for audits and compliance reviews
  • • Own Pet Employee Engagement program to include regular onsite as well as virtual events, networking and team building opportunities as well as motivational initiatives

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work to a high-quality standard
  • Outstanding attention to detail with good follow-up skills, proactive, stays ahead of requests
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; Calendar/schedule management
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Experience with employee engagement initiatives a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills including problem solving, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and decisiveness.
