Buscamos uma pessoa Desenvolvedora Fullstack Sênior (Hands-on) e referência técnica para Squad ágil, atuando em arquitetura e soluções escaláveis ponta a ponta (60% Front/40% Back); requisitos: domínio em React, React Native, Node.js e Python, experiência com arquitetura de software (APIs, Micro-frontends, Serverless), nuvem (AWS), bancos de dados, testes automatizados, conhecimento em Agentes de IA (LLM e MCP), além de forte senso de dono (ownership) e capacidade de mentoria.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
- Desenvolvimento e Arquitetura: Atuar hands-on no desenvolvimento de interfaces performáticas e sistemas escaláveis utilizando React, React Native e Node.js.
- Liderança Técnica e Mentoria: Elevar o padrão de qualidade do time através de Code Reviews, documentação de decisões arquiteturais e mentoria de desenvolvedores plenos e juniores.
- Arquitetura de Soluções: Propor e implementar padrões modernos, como Micro-frontends, Design Systems e arquiteturas Serverless.
- Colaboração Multidisciplinar: Atuar em ambiente SAFe/Agile, colaborando ativamente com stakeholders, Product Owners e designers para traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas viáveis.
- Qualidade e Performance: Garantir a entrega de código limpo, testável e reutilizável, otimizando Core Web Vitals e fluxos end-to-end de segurança e autenticação.
Quais os requisitos?
Frontend & Mobile
- React & React Native: Domínio avançado (últimas versões), incluindo ecossistema de Hooks, Context API e gerenciamento de estado (Redux, Zustand ou similares).
- Linguagens: Proficiência em TypeScript e JavaScript (ES6+).
- Estilização e UI/UX: HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), Styled-components e integração com Storybook. Conhecimento em acessibilidade (WCAG).
- Performance: Estratégias de lazy loading, memoization, bundle optimization e offline-first.
Backend & Infraestrutura
- Node.js: Experiência sólida com Node.js e framework Express.
- Python: Desejável;
- APIs e Integração: Design de APIs RESTful eficientes e conhecimento de fluxos de autenticação (JWT, OAuth2, BFF e SSO).
- Banco de Dados: Experiência com bancos relacionais (PostgreSQL/MySQL) e NoSQL (MongoDB, Scylla), além de ORMs (Sequelize/Mongoose).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiaridade com AWS (Lambda, SAM, EC2, Beanstalk) e containerização (Docker e Docker Compose).
Qualidade e Ferramentas
- Testes: Prática avançada em testes unitários e de integração (Jest, React Testing Library, Supertest) e desenvolvimento orientado a automação.
- Controle de Versão: Proficiência em Git, Git Flow e versionamento semântico.
- CI/CD: Experiência com pipelines de integração e entrega contínua.
Quais os diferenciais?
- Experiência com metodologias ágeis em escala (SAFe).
- Criação/utilização de Agentes/IA na arquitetura de soluções e nos processos de desenvolvimento e troubleshooting (LLM, MCP, etc).
- Experiência prévia em produtos de Força de Vendas ou soluções Web/Mobile integradas.

Skills Required
- Advanced React and React Native development experience, including Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript ES6+
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS or LESS, Styled-components, Storybook, and accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, including lazy loading, memoization, bundle optimization, and offline-first development
- Solid Node.js experience with Express
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and implementing JWT, OAuth2, BFF, and SSO authentication flows
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Scylla
- Experience with Sequelize or Mongoose

- Experience with scaled Agile methodologies such as SAFe
- Experience creating or using AI agents involving LLMs and MCP
- Previous experience with sales-force products or integrated web and mobile solutions
