Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Personnel Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as a point of contact for employee-related global mobility processes, ensuring seamless communication and efficient management of personnel activities. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive work environment and support personnel travel efforts. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively serve our diverse workforce. Responsibilities
- Coordinate personnel movement in and out of various countries
- Scheduling/managing flights
- Arrange hotel accommodations
- Arrange ground transportation
- Create crew manifests and distribute to the appropriate individuals
- Interact closely with various stakeholders including coworkers, company leadership, clients, industry associates, and third-party vendors
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience coordinating employees traveling globally
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Experience with Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience operating standard office equipment
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
