In this position, you will support our Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day service tasks, assist clients with policy servicing needs, and help keep operations running smoothly. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support throughout your career journey. If you are not currently licensed, we will help guide you through the licensing process and provide the tools needed for success.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, carriers, and team members. 
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to learn and apply personal lines insurance coverages, underwriting guidelines, and processing procedures. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
