POSITION DETAILS
Expect your typical day as a Personal Lines Analyst to be focused on the following initiatives:
- Client service: Research & resolve client questions/issues, such as assisting with billing, claims, and card maintenance matters, develop accurate & concise communication materials.
- Policy administration: compile financial data to calculate insurance premiums, help review new & renewal polices, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
- Accurate record keeping: maintain proactive policy administration and care, such as upkeep of client correspondence and documentation in agency management system

- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Positive customer service abilities
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exposure to Epic or Applied Solutions is preferred.
- PA Property & Casualty License preferred upon hire, but must obtain within 90 days of hire.
