What You’ll Do
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor and the go-to resource for our clients. You’ll:
Provide outstanding service by answering inbound calls, assisting with policy changes, billing questions, payments, and insurance verification.
Help clients protect what matters most by identifying coverage gaps and educating them on solutions.
Support your clients with care and professionalism while building long-lasting relationships.
Cross-sell and quote new business when opportunities arise.
Keep records accurate and organized while using technology to make your work efficient and seamless.
Collaborate with your team and leadership to ensure clients always feel supported and valued.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Hold a Property & Casualty license in North Carolina (required).
Bring 2+ years of agency experience (preferred, but not required if you’re eager to learn!).
Have strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
Work well with a team to meet goals.
Are detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in responding to clients’ needs.
Take pride in delivering excellent service while staying organized and compliant.
