What You’ll Do

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor and the go-to resource for our clients. You’ll:

  • Provide outstanding service by answering inbound calls, assisting with policy changes, billing questions, payments, and insurance verification.

  • Help clients protect what matters most by identifying coverage gaps and educating them on solutions.

  • Support your clients with care and professionalism while building long-lasting relationships.

  • Cross-sell and quote new business when opportunities arise.

  • Keep records accurate and organized while using technology to make your work efficient and seamless.

  • Collaborate with your team and leadership to ensure clients always feel supported and valued.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Hold a Property & Casualty license in North Carolina (required).

  • Bring 2+ years of agency experience (preferred, but not required if you’re eager to learn!).

  • Have strong communication skills — both written and verbal.

  • Work well with a team to meet goals.

  • Are detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in responding to clients’ needs.

  • Take pride in delivering excellent service while staying organized and compliant.
