Personal Injury Settlement Negotiator
We are seeking for a PI Settlement Negotiator for a personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles, specializing in cases such as car accidents, wrongful death, and other serious injury claims.
Responsibilities:
Review and monitor cases to ensure clients receive outstanding service
Handle escalated calls that require attorney communication
Negotiate claims with insurance attorneys and defense counsel
Strategize ways to maximize value of cases for clients
Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy and in a manner that encourages
their confidence and trust
Correspond with clients and opposing counsel
Support attorneys and staff within the pre-litigation team
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
Qualifications:
3+ years of significant PI claims negotiating experience
Skilled multi-tasker
Technically proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Motivated and enjoys being part of a team
Excellent oral and written communications skills
The ability to speak Spanish is a huge plus.
