Job description:
The Personal Data Protection Analyst is expected to lead daily GDPR business-as-usual duties within 1st Line of Defense (1LoD), supporting CIB clients in achieving their objectives in terms of compliance with Privacy by Design principles and other data protection requirements, in close interaction with the CIB Central Data Office, the SPOC network (1LoD) and the DPC/ DPO network (2LoD).
Main Tasks:
- Ensure CIB project validation processes comply with Privacy by Design principles, and
- supporting Project Managers on their data protection activities"
- Manage incoming external and internal requests in the outlook inbox CIB GDPR DESK,
- including Data Subject Rights Requests"
- Publish the CIB GDPR DESK periodic report and manage a dedicated SharePoint space
- Contribute to disseminate a culture of personal data protection within CIB
- Develop and share best practices with the data protection network
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Full proficiency of MSOffice suite
- Proficiency of project management tools and methodologies
Language Skills
- Fluent English (C1-C2)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high sense of rigor and organization
- Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts to a senior audience
- Proactiveness and ability to leverage on transversal networks
- Ability to work in a changing environment / Adaptability
