Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s personal schedule, appointments, reminders, and engagements.

  • Coordinate local and overseas travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.

  • Organize personal dinners, outings, and other arrangements when required.

  • Maintain reminders for important dates, meetings, renewals, and recurring commitments.

  • Ensure personal documents, including visas, licenses, and motor vehicle-related documents, remain current and organized.

  • Assist with household coordination, including monitoring household supplies and communicating approved instructions to caretaking staff where necessary.

  • Conduct periodic household checks to ensure essential items are adequately maintained and restocked.

  • Coordinate approved grocery and household restocking schedules.

  • Accompany the CEO to selected meetings, appointments, or engagements where support may be required.

  • Assist with preparing letters, reminders, and basic correspondence when necessary.

  • Maintain organized records of important contacts and relevant information.

  • Assist with managing approved purchases, errands, and assigned budgets where applicable.

  • Handle all matters with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential matters professionally.

  • Able to multitask, adapt quickly, and work independently.



Skills Required
