The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior management. You will handle a variety of tasks, from managing schedules and appointments to coordinating travel arrangements and communicating with clients. The role requires someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, conferences, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Organize office events, client meetings, and business-related functions.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
