As an Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our CEO. This position requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced global environment.
What you’ll be doing as our Personal Assistant:
- Be the ultimate calendar boss — juggle meetings, priorities, and last-minute changes to keep the CEO’s/ CTO’s day on track.
- Coordinate global travel like a pro — flights, hotels, itineraries, and everything in between.
- Join key meetings, take clear notes, and make sure action items actually happen.
- Communicate on behalf of the CEO/CTO — write, reply, and keep everyone aligned (with plenty of tact and discretion).
- Prep presentations, reports, and other docs that help move things forward.
- Run with special projects and help connect the dots across teams.
- Be a true thought partner — understand what’s essential, anticipate needs before they pop up, and help make things happen.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as an Personal Assistant to C-level execs in a global environment — including at least 2 years supporting a founder or startup leader.
- Native-level Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
- Super organized, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
- High EQ and great people skills — you can build trust and navigate sensitive situations.
- Tech-savvy: advanced in google drive/ Microsoft office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Proactive and independent — you take initiative, solve problems, and make things happen.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling last-minute changes.
- Experience running exec-level projects and coordinating across multiple teams.
- Strategic thinker with solid business understanding.
- Bonus points for background in law, consulting, or data analysis.
- A true team player who’s quick to learn, great at communicating, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
