What is the role?
We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
What you’ll be responsible:
- Acting as the first point of contact: managing correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Liaising with employees, suppliers, and clients as necessary
- Assisting with daily business activities
- Managing executive communication and preparing correspondence
- Executing daily operational and organizational tasks
- Planning and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination between the team and executive management
- Organizing personal commitments, including travel or childcare
We are looking for a passionate professional who has:
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced planning and organizing skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Discretion and trustworthiness, as you will often be privy to confidential information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to be proactive and take initiative, with tact and diplomacy
- Preferably residing on the Anatolian side
