In order to support our Managing Partner, including Executive members and Partners in their daily tasks, we are looking to hire a Personal Assistant (m/f). In this role, you will:
Responsibilities:
- Primarily assist in daily administrative and organizational tasks; such as managing agenda and dealing with travel arrangements,
- Manage expenses reports;
- Organize clients’ meetings and internal meetings,
- Welcome external clients,
- Assist in organizing internal events as necessary;
- Handle inbound and outbound mails;
- Manage telephone calls,
- Write various correspondence and follow up on required signatures;
- Format, edit and print business presentations as required;
- Layout, proofread, check spelling and edit reports;
- Proactively update files and dashboards;
- Archive and file as appropriate.
Your profile:
- Diploma related to business administration and/or secretarial support;
- Excellent administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills : excellent communication skills, excellent presentation, capacity of multi-tasking, proactive, rigorous, detailed-oriented;;
- Confidentiality, discretion and ethics;
- Similar experience of at least 3 years;
- Languages : very good level in English and French . Any other language is an asset;
- Excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

Skills Required
- Diploma related to business administration or secretarial support
- At least 3 years of similar experience
- Very good English and French language skills
- Excellent administrative, interpersonal, organizational, communication, multitasking, proactive, rigorous, and detail-oriented skills
- Confidentiality, discretion, and ethics
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Additional language skills
