Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Tauranga team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave.
This is a full-time, office-based role supporting two senior leaders and providing broader coordination support across the Tauranga region. You'll be a trusted partner, helping leaders stay organised, connected, and focused on delivering great outcomes for clients, projects, and our people.

From managing complex calendars and travel arrangements to preparing presentations, coordinating events, supporting communications, and keeping key actions on track, you'll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly.
Working closely with leaders, teams, and stakeholders across the business, you'll be involved in a wide range of activities and will need to confidently switch between different priorities and working styles. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
