Job Description

Strive Global is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and professional Personal Assistant to join our team in College Station, TX.

In this role, you will help coordinate schedules, organize information, manage routine administrative tasks, and support daily business activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, comfortable communicating with different people, and capable of staying organized while priorities evolve.

This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable administrative, communication, and organizational skills while gaining exposure to different areas of business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
  • Assist with organizing documents, records, and business information.
  • Handle routine correspondence and professional communications.
  • Coordinate meetings and help prepare necessary materials.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files.
  • Track important tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with general administrative and office-related responsibilities.
  • Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and business contacts.
  • Help coordinate travel, events, or appointments when required.
  • Support management with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Maintain discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
