Then you may be the Personal Assistant we are looking for to join CUBIC Modulsystem!
CUBIC Modulsystem has developed into a global and recognized partner within electromechanics and with a product range that comprises any type of enclosure. Our solutions are used widely in both the industry, in mining and in airports. We supply solutions to ships, data centers, hospitals, power plants, wind turbines. You will report to the Director of CUBIC Global Operations and support the Commercial Director.
Responsibilities
You will ensure a smooth daily agenda for the Commercial Director and Director of CUBIC Global Operations.You will be a "gate keeper". You will allocate the time by prioritizing the requirements.
• PA-tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, team offsite planning and general support .
• Creation of presentations to Commercial Director and Director of CUBIC Global Operations, including strategy work
• Communication projects - such as writing and posting articles and announcements, online information.
• Agenda creation for meetings, including coordination/creation of slides
• Participation in Teams meetings, minute taker and follow-up coordination
Qualifications
• Minimum BA degree or similar in a relevant field of study, for instance languages, business administration or similar
• 2 years experience from a similar position & level in an international company
• Fluent English and Danish, both spoken and written
Competencies
• Likes to work in and for a management team
• Has a service-minded attitude.
• Think ahead and and requirements of Senior Management
