Role: Personal Assistant (Chinese-Speaking)
We are seeking a highly competent Personal Assistant to support the General Manager. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Chinese and Portuguese, with the ability to provide accurate on-site consecutive interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including daily office management, itinerary planning, task coordination, and preparation of work summaries.
- Deliver high-quality bidirectional interpretation and translation services between Chinese and Portuguese; liaise with legal counsel and communicate effectively with local partners and stakeholders.
- Accompany the management team on field visits, including mining site inspections, project evaluations, business negotiations, and on-site coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Full professional proficiency in both Chinese and Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Valid driver's license; willingness and ability to travel to company locations and operational sites as required.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the mining sector, engineering, or international business operations will be considered a distinct advantage.
