We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO — a high-trust role focused on keeping things organised, running smoothly, and enabling the CEO to focus on what matters most. This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating close to senior leadership.
What Your Day Might Look Like
- Keep things organised: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure priorities are clear and time is used effectively.
- Handle day-to-day logistics: Support with administrative tasks such as payments, documents, contracts, and general coordination.
- Coordinate travel: Organise business travel end-to-end (flights, accommodation, transfers, itineraries).
- Be a point of contact: Communicate with partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders in a professional and structured way.
- Support personal logistics: Help coordinate day-to-day personal matters (appointments, reservations, scheduling) to keep things running smoothly.
- Stay one step ahead: Anticipate needs, flag conflicts early, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support where needed: Over time, take on additional responsibilities such as helping prioritise requests, preparing meeting notes, or following up on actions.
Note: This an on-site role from our HQs (Miltiadou 18, Athens).
Requirements
Your Superpowers 🚀
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you keep things structured and reliable.
- Comfortable managing schedules, priorities, and multiple moving parts at once.
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
- High level of discretion and professionalism — you understand what needs to remain confidential.
- A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told, you anticipate and act.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and calendar management systems.
- A calm, practical approach to problem-solving.
