- Morning School Run (07:00): Prompt collection of the 8-year-old daughter in Midstream and safe transport to her school in Centurion.
- Afternoon Pickup & Transport (13:00): Fetching her from school and driving her safely to extra-mural sports, therapies, or afternoon activities using the client's vehicle.
- Homework & Academic Support: Supervise daily homework, spelling, and reading exercises, adapting methods to suit a child with mild autism (patience, encouragement, and clear structure).
- Routine & Afternoon Engagement: Organise engaging, age-appropriate educational activities, assist with afternoon snacks, and ensure a calm, supportive, and routine-driven environment until 16:00.
2. Executive PA & Administrative Support for the CEO (08:00 – 13:00)
- Visual Assistance & Dictation: Read out incoming emails, messages, and important business documents to assist Mom with her visual impairment. Dictate and draft articulate, professional email responses on her behalf.
- Inbox & Calendar Management: Filter incoming emails, flag priority messages, manage meeting schedules, and coordinate appointments.
- Research & Information Gathering: Conduct online research, gather information on vendors/service providers, and present concise summaries to the CEO.
- Workflow & Action Item Tracking: Keep track of daily action items, follow up on outstanding commitments with third parties, and ensure deadlines are met.
- General Office & Personal Admin: Assist with basic personal administration, document filing, phone calls, and keeping the home office environment organised and running smoothly.

- Experience & Specialisation: Proven experience working with primary school-aged children, with a patient, loving, and supportive approach toward mild autism.
