We are seeking a highly professional and trustworthy Personal Accountant to support a VVIP client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personal financial transactions, payment coordination, budgeting support, and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

This role requires a flexible, detail-oriented, and dependable individual who can manage sensitive financial matters with professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and monitor all personal financial transactions and payments.
  • Manage bank accounts, transfers, and payment schedules accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial forecasting.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and service providers when required.
  • Prepare financial summaries and reports for review.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and finance-related requirements.
  • Travel within Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other Emirates when required.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on financial obligations and payment deadlines.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience within the UAE.
  • Experience handling personal or executive-level financial matters is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of payments processing and expense management.
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as Zoho or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Flexible with work schedules and operational requirements.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CMA, ACCA, or other finance-related certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Experience in family office, private office, or investment-related environments is a plus.
