Let’s Talk about the Role

The PERS Sales Leader will orchestrate and execute a commercial growth strategy to position our Asset Intelligence – APM Software Solutions, driving profitable growth and leading enterprise-level sales across Europe and SSA.

You will lead a high-performing sales organization, acting as a transformative leader who cultivates customer-focused, value-based selling behaviors. You will be the visible face of the organization, driving cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams to land new logos, generate new revenue streams, and build strong, long-term partnerships with C-suite stakeholders across the oil, gas, and power industries.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Leading and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve TCV/ACV orders and ARR targets.

  • Driving the adoption of value-based enterprise selling for our Asset Intelligence – APM software portfolio.

  • Building robust Go-to-Market strategies that align with regional priorities and other GE Vernova business units.

  • Creating innovative sales plays to address complex market challenges and secure new customer acquisitions.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to provide a comprehensive, integrated solution experience for our customers.

  • Developing strong, productive relationships with key regional stakeholders and industry partners.

    The pay range for this position: Between € 93,200.00 and € 139,800.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

    Eleggibilità per il Piano Bonus Eligibilità al piano di incentivi alle vendite SIC – Sales Incentive Compensation, che prevede un incentivo target del 66,67% della retribuzione base annua, a seconda del raggiungimento dei parametri di business e delle performance individuali.

    Eligibility for Bonus Plan: Eligible to participate in Variable-AIP annual bonus plan that provides a target incentive of 66,67% of the individual’s annual base salary depending on achievement of key business metrics and individual performance.

    A National Collective Bargaining Agreement (‘NCBA’ - Metalworking) is applicable in relation to the position. Below, we indicate the relevant provisions of the remuneration regulations applicable at the Employer. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:

    Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Metalmeccanico Industria

    Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

    Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti.
    Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.
