Experience
- 12 Months RN experience required
- Minimum 3 months experience providing home hemodialysis and or peritoneal dialysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience leading teams
- Minimum 6 months experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis
Education
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school
Certification Summary
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Valid Driver's license with clean driving record at applicable location (Determined by department unit)

Job Responsibilities
