Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in compliance with safety standards and local codes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery, facility systems, and support equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and assist with scheduled shutdowns.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Support non-electrical maintenance tasks as required, including basic mechanical repairs, facility upkeep, and equipment adjustments.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including logs, reports, and compliance records.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in a medical device manufacturing environment.
- Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or journeyman license preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks and general maintenance work.
Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards in regulated environments is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in various positions (standing, bending, climbing).
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production processes.
