Key Responsibilities-
Deliver scheduled performances with energy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Learn, rehearse, and execute choreography, scripts, blocking, or musical arrangements as assigned.

Maintain character integrity and performance quality throughout each show.

Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging, and appropriate manner when applicable.

Collaborate with directors, choreographers, stage managers, and fellow performers to ensure smooth show operations.

Attend all required rehearsals, costume fittings, and training sessions.

Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of props, equipment, and performance spaces.

Maintain costumes, makeup, and personal appearance to performance standards.

Adapt to last‑minute changes in show flow, casting, or technical elements.

Represent the organization positively both on and off stage.

Prior performance experience in theater, dance, music, or entertainment preferred.

Strong stage presence and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Ability to memorize choreography, lines, lyrics, or routines quickly.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfortable performing in front of large groups.

Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback.

Physical stamina to perform multiple shows per day, including movement, dancing, or vocal performance.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to lift or carry props, costumes, or equipment up to a moderate weight (typically 25–40 lbs).
