We are hiring for a Performance Tester/QA Lead in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Requirements:
- 8+ experience in design, development, and execution of performance test scripts for various protocols like HTTP, SOAP, JDBC and JMS.
- 6+ experience working with JMeter, conducting load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and other relevant performance tests.
- Significant experience in using Thread Groups, Samplers, Assertions and Listeners in JMeter.
- Familiarity with popular JMeter Plugins.
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on performance testing outcomes for stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of QA processes and standards.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members in performance testing best practices.
- Estimate testing effort and timelines and participate in test planning and strategy sessions.
