Performance Tester

Job Description:
1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
2. 3+ years of experience in:
a. Performance testing and performance engineering in banking applications using different
protocols.
b. Should have experience with Database performance testing and tuning (AWR reports)
c. Should have experience in understanding Java applications for performance – JVM, Heap
Dump and Thread dump analysis, garbage collections.
3. Deep understanding of Scrum practices and Agile frameworks
4. Experience in Environment capacity planning based on performance test result analysis.
5. Proficient in fiddler, Postman, LoadRunner, JMeter, GitHub, locust, Jira, Confluence
6. Should have knowledge on cloud performance engineering
7. APM tools – Cloud Watch, Grafana, Dyantrace etc and monitor using linux scripts wherever
required.
8. Should be able to pin point the system bottleneck and suggest the solution.
9. Highly organized, thorough, and capable of managing complex test scenarios independently.
10. Should integrate performance testing using CI/CD pipeline.
11. Should have good understanding in caching mechanisms and encryption logic
