The Impact you will have in this role:
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of the DTCC Software Delivery process, Performance Test Engineering framework, CoE (Center of Excellence) Engagement process as well as understanding of tech-stack (tools and technologies) to perform day-to-day job
- Prepare, maintain and execute performance test scenarios based on non-functional requirements and follow standard DTCC testing guidelines
- Automate performance test scenarios by leveraging current automated functional and performance test scripts
- Support traceability across Non-Functional Requirements, Performance Test Scenarios and Defects
- Support the review of performance test scenarios from both a technical and business perspective with stakeholders, such as development teams and business
- Track defects to closure, report test results, continuously execute plan and escalate as required
- Support integration of performance testing with Delivery Pipeline and produce results
- Create synthetic test data as per the data distribution and volume requirements
- Develop resiliency/performance test automation scripts leveraging Jmeter / Gremlin / in-house test automation framework
- Adhere to all process standards, guidelines and documented procedures
- Develop an understanding of the logical architecture and technical design of the supported application in relation to the performance and scalability
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Qualifications:

- Expert MS Office skills. Effective use of Excel statistical functions and sophisticated Power Point presentation skills
- Experience working with Agile teams (preferably scrum)
