What you'll do:
Conduct tests on appliances or components, analyze, and follow up on the test results. The tasks involve technical aspects of low complexity and provide support to professional colleagues. Apply established procedures to address routine or standard problems. Receive instructions, guidance, and direction from others.
In detail, you will:
Prepare and execute laboratory activities related to the evaluation of appliances, in terms of performance testing
Actively participate in the development of new projects
Work autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement
Solve a range of straightforward to complex problems
Interact with cross-functional teams, and shares knowledge
Broaden competence in own area; still acquires higher level skills
Receive moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledgePrioritize and organize own work to deliver to agreed deadlines
Apply knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day-to-day activities
Identify and solve problems in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions and analyzes each using standard procedures

Quality Management according to ISO/IEC 17025.
Coach team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with a sense of urgency
Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities
Support Consumer Magazine activities
Coordinate with Global Laboratory for equipment, test procedures, test manual, capability, and competence
Cleaning and drying Technology Laboratory facilities and equipment control
Cleaning and drying Technology Laboratory capabilities and improvement planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor ’s Degree in Engineering
1 - 3 years of experience in relevant experience in International and National standard for household appliances (ISO/IEC 17025)
Hands-on experience conducting performance testing of home appliances in accordance with international standards, including EN/IEC 60436, EN 50242, AS/NZS 2007.1, AS/NZS 2007.2, GB/T 20290, and GB/T 3838
Familiar with consumer testing protocols and benchmarking standards, including Consumer CHOICE and Consumer ICRT test methodologies
Knowledge of electrical safety standards, including IEC 60335-2-11
Good English communication, both written and spoken
