Role Description

The Performance and Reward Enablement team is a key pillar of the Central P&R organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. The P&R Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day delivery and support of P&R products and processes.  The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Reward and Deferred Compensation, HR Platforms, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.

Your key responsibilities

  • Actively contributes to the successful delivery of end to end global group wide variable compensation and fixed pay review processes

  • Hands-on support for P&R product specialists and Divisional Reward on global delivery and rollout of products, processes or policies e.g. project tracking, planning etc.         

  • Produce effective communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R product or process e.g. updating HR Connect pages, system guides, manager FAQs, HR Direct training etc.

  • Supporting the delivery and implementation of P&R products and processes across the Bank, from launch through to post implementation review e.g. Recognition Award, Year End, Additional Fixed Pay processes.

  • Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the Bank and external contacts such as vendors

  • Support the delivery of processes or analytics related to P&R regulatory requirements (e.g. InstVV and CRD IV) and audits

  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis of P&R data using MS Excel and/or Access as needed.

  • Ability to keep all the trackers up to date on a real-time basis related to the transactions within deferred compensation process

  • Keeping all the KOP’s updated with most recent information that is being followed and agreed internally

  • Should always adhere to the process mentioned in the KOP and always be compliant with audit requirements

  • Maintain 100% accuracy & timelines in all deliverables within the P&R processes.

  • Have good understanding of the Deferred Compensation processes like buyouts, non-annual awards and any other areas that pertain to deferred compensation.

  • Have good hands-on workday processes related to employee HCM and also perform data reconciliations

  • Work individually or in wider teams to improve process performance by solving problems and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities

  • Understand the P&R systems in depth and work alongside HR technology teams to deliver improvements and enhancements as needed e.g. Reward Platform and Workday

  • Complete data audits and cleanses as required and ensure that any follow up actions are completed on time

  • Support the annual job matching and market benchmarking process

  • Any other relevant P&R activities as required

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a HR environment (Reward/Performance experience preferred)

  • Experience in large multisite / global organizations

  • A consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving

  • Experience in HR systems and technology

  • Experience in process design and improvement

  • Experience in handling large data sets and using complex MS Excel formulas

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

  • Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information

  • Proactive, organised and logical in your approach

  • Highly proficient with MS Office products, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
