Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Triana to meet evolving client needs.

  • Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate and Alteryx.

  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and collaborate across teams to deliver actionable insights.

  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues, ensuring integrity and consistency across systems.

  • Document reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Create tools and templates to support business improvement initiatives.

  • Provide operational support for existing and new applications.

  • Uphold Cushman & Wakefield’s culture and HSSE standards in all activities.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in technology management, data analytics, or reporting.

  • Advanced Excel skills (including VBA) and strong analytical capabilities.

  • Proven expertise in Power BI development and data quality improvement.

  • Experience in Property and Facilities Management (preferred).

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Skills in Power Automate (essential), Power Apps and Alteryx (advantageous).

  • SQL proficiency and understanding of database structures.

  • Professional communication and documentation skills.

  • Australian Citizenship (Security Clearance required or willingness to obtain).
