Hive Group is seeking a Performance Program Manager to serve as a senior leader overseeing large-scale program operations supporting a federal health agency. This role ensures contract deliverables are met across multiple functional areas, coordinating performance and personnel across geographically dispersed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and direct complex project workstreams across multiple task areas.
- Interface with senior leaders and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Track progress against the Program Management Plan (PMP), coordinate staff onboarding, training, and performance.
- Provide leadership to contract personnel supporting administrative, logistics, HR, and strategic functions.
- Support client engagement, problem resolution, and strategic planning.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of all contract deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in federal consulting.
- Experience managing large, integrated project teams at multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of DoD healthcare systems.
- PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
