Location:
New York, NYWe are seeking a Specialist to execute and optimize paid affiliate campaigns that drive measurable revenue and performance growth. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day campaign execution across paid social, search, and native platforms, with a focus on scaling high-intent commerce and affiliate content.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid affiliate campaigns across platforms (e.g., Paid Social, Search, Native)
Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, and revenue goals
Partner cross-functionally with commerce, editorial, and affiliate teams to identify high-performing content to amplify
Manage budgets, pacing, and performance reporting
Conduct A/B testing across creative, targeting, and landing page strategies
Track and analyze performance using affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and media dashboards
Qualifications
2–5 years of paid media experience, preferably in affiliate, commerce, or performance marketing
Experience managing campaigns across paid social and/or search platforms
Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing toward performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, conversions)
Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking (e.g., Skimlinks, CJ, Impact, etc.) preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Understanding of media and marketing metrics/KPIs, branded content, commerce content, ad technology and platforms.
Exceptional communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
The expected base salary range for this position is from $68,000 - $90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
